Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping estimates provided at checkout reflect business days only (excluding weekends and holidays). At this time, Mykodose ships exclusively within the United States, with the exception of the following states: Utah (UT), Massachusetts (MA), Tennessee (TN), Alaska (AK), and Hawaii (HI) — we do not ship to these states.

Order Processing:
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Return Policy for Unopened Products:
To request a return for an unopened product, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Returned products must be shipped back within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for opened products.

  • We do not accept returns based on flavor preferences or buyer’s remorse.

  • All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a $15.00 return shipping fee.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, you must report it to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your ‘shipment delivered’ email. Claims must include photo evidence of the damaged item(s).
To qualify for a refund, all damaged products must be returned to us.

Missing Package Claims:
If your order goes missing, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your ‘shipping confirmation’ email.
