At Mykodose, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how to request one.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
Incorrect Item Received: You received a different item than what you ordered.
Damaged or Defective Products: The item arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or otherwise defective.
Non-Delivery: Your order has not been delivered within 14 business days of the shipment date and tracking does not confirm delivery.
Due to regulatory guidelines and product sensitivity, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Opened or used products
Items marked “final sale” or “non-refundable” at checkout
Sale or promotional items
Items returned without prior written approval
Orders submitted with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email our customer support team at sales@mykodose.com. within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
Your full name and order number
A detailed reason for the refund request
Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We aim to respond within 2–4 business days after receiving your request.
4. Refund Approval Process
If your refund request is approved:
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
In cases of damage or missing items, we may offer a replacement product or store credit as an alternative.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the refund is due to our error (such as sending the wrong or defective item).
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to cancel shortly after placing your order, email us immediately at sales@mykodose.com.. We will do our best to assist, but cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
